Raul Jurado
CEORaul E. Jurado is a seasoned leader in federal contracting, dedicated to empowering Latino-owned businesses and fostering diversity in government procurement. As President of the Latino Federal Contracting Alliance (LFCA), he champions opportunities for Latino, service-disabled veteran-owned, and minority enterprises, ensuring they have the resources, connections, and strategies to succeed in the federal marketplace.
A retired Army Major with extensive experience in business development, Raul combines military precision with strategic acumen to help businesses navigate federal acquisition processes, forge key partnerships, and enhance their competitiveness. His expertise spans IT, cybersecurity, and administrative solutions, with a proven track record of supporting major federal agencies, including the Department of Defense, Veterans Affairs, and Defense Health Agency.
Through LFCA, Raul is committed to advocacy, education, and collaboration, working to break barriers and drive equitable access to federal contracting opportunities. His passion for service extends beyond business—he is dedicated to strengthening the Latino contracting community and ensuring its voice is heard at every level of government.
PresidentJose Nino
Mr. Niño was a founding member and First President/CEO of the US Hispanic Chambers of Commerce (USHCC). He helped expanded the Chamber from less than 30 Chambers to over 258, representing the interest of more than 1.3 million
US Hispanic owned businesses, today he is an advisor to the organization. The USHCC provided the climate to foster more businesses and more customers by building the brand, institutionalizing and endowing programs for perpetual growth. The USHCC is now a significant force within the US economy representing the interest of 4.7 million Hispanic owned businesses, promoting the economic growth and development of Hispanic entrepreneurs nationwide.
